Manam Beef Salpicao
How to prepare your Beef Salpicao:
- Thaw out the meat in the fridge overnight.
- In a clean shallow pan, pour enough oil to lightly cover the bottom. Preheat over medium heat until slightly smoking.
- Saute beef in a pan until lightly crusted and caramelized and cooked to your desired doneness, for around 3-5 minutes.
- Season with paprika.
- Enjoy the garlicky goodness.
