How to prepare your House Crispy Sisig
- Heat the sisig sauce in a pan over medium heat, for around 2-3 minutes.
- Turn the stove off. Pour the sisig meat into the pan with the sisig sauce and mix until it’s well coated. Garnish with chicharon and crispy garlic.
- Enjoy it with a steaming hot cup of rice (or a cold bottle of beer).
