Manam House-made Tapa
How to prepare your House-made Tapa:
- Thaw out the meat in the fridge overnight.
- In a clean shallow pan, pour enough olive oil to lightly cover the bottom. Preheat over medium heat.
- Once oil begins to ripple, sauté tapa until meat is cooked through and nicely caramelized, for around 3-5 minutes.
- Enjoy with garlic rice (and a fried egg for good measure)
